How Are Workshops Created & Formatted?

Catering to executive teams, our workshops focus on “packing a punch” in a shorter time-frame. We are able to do this by customizing our workshops to your organization’s needs. Here are some quick FAQs about our workshops:

  • Length: Typically 4-8hrs which can be completed in 1 intensive day-long workshop, or spread over 2-3 days
  • Format: Boardroom style, classroom style, and/or ‘lunch & learn’ style
  • Max audience: 20 people
  • Location: Hotel Conference Room, Convention Centre, or at your HQ if desired
  • Development Timeline: 1 to 3 weeks to prepare customized workshops for clients
  • Customization: Every sessions are customized for each client (ie. zooming in on particular market(s), industry/ies, and strategic focus). The level of customization can also be adjusted depending on client needs. Should a client desire intensive benchmarking and internal insights, i-ASK’s facilitators can take anywhere from 1 to 3 days to conduct interviews across the organization to collect relevant information and performance data.

2. Meet/Discuss Your Executive Team’s Needs

One of our team members will come and meet with you to discuss your workshop needs, learning objectives, and level of customization desired. Meetings usually last anywhere between 30min and 1 hour.

3. Develop a Customized Quote & Come to Agreement

i-ASK will then provide you with a customized quote based on our discussion in Step 2. We can then meet again to present our proposal and quote. Presentations usually take no longer than 30min-1 hour.

4. Develop and Deliver Workshop

Once awarded the project, i-ASK will fly-in the chosen facilitator to develop the workshop, meet your staff for relevant interviews and data retrieval to integrate into the workshop. Delivery of the workshop averages 2-3 hours.
